Please wash and blow-dry your hair prior to your appointment. On the day of your service, ensure your hair is thoroughly dry and brushed. For curly hair, shampoo, condition, and blow-dry a few hours before your appointment. These steps help achieve the best results and maximize comfort during braiding. Please do not use a straightener.

We ask clients to communicate openly during their service so we can achieve the desired results. Once the service is completed and approved at the appointment, it will be considered accepted. Because of the nature of our work, we cannot offer refunds or complimentary redo services after completion.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
We understand that scheduling changes may be necessary. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. You can reschedule or cancel using the confirmation email you received at booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be considered a no‑show.
